HJSL-Carding Machine

1) Machine function: Carding the cotton input from the automatic cotton feeder into a web, and processing it into a quantitative fiber web composed of single fibers.

Doffer diameter: 492MM
Work roll diameter: 130MM
Output: 200-350KG/H (above 2.5-15D first-class chemical fiber assessment)
Motor power: cylinder: 11KW, doffer 2.2KW, feeding 0.75KW

3) Machine overview:
(1) Cylinders, doffers, work rolls, dehairing rolls, messy sticks, etc. are all quenched and tempered, and are precisely machined.
(2) A messy roller is installed in front of the doffer, and the output motor adopts frequency conversion control
(3) Roller stripping
(4) Feeding: Equipped with metal protection device, 4 rollers are wrapped with metal clothing, which are divided into upper and lower pairs, and the first pair is fed in the middle of the period.
The roller bearing seat and transmission gear are nylon parts, which can detect metal and have self-stop alarm and reversing functions.
(5) The roller feeding into cotton adopts frequency conversion control 0.75*4 ordinary motor with 60:1 reducer
(6) Cylinder and doffer are castings, the wall thickness of the cylinder is 25MM, the wall thickness of the doffer is 20MM, and there are reinforcing rings inside. The other rollers are made of seamless steel pipes.
