This machine is used to spread the carded chemical fiber cotton into a certain thickness and width for the next process. The main frame is a folded plate structure with sufficient strength and stability. The rail is oil-proof and upright. The transverse thickness is 8 mm and 6 mm, respectively. The net laying is equipped with segmented independent frequency conversion control to ensure the uniform and smooth quality of the fiber net.

The reciprocating control signal adopts infrared photoelectric converter, the reciprocating motor adopts frequency conversion control, and the other motors also adopt frequency conversion control. The bottom curtain of the net laying machine is a plastic curtain, and the input curtain is a plastic curtain. The bottom curtain lifting adopts electric turbine lifting, and the outlet is equipped with a cotton-pressing roller.

The reciprocation adopts chain transmission, and each transmission component is specially designed with light weight and high strength. Supporting power: reciprocating 2.2KW with turbo reduction 100/10:1, inclined curtain, compensation curtain 1.5KW with 80/10:1 turbo reduction, bottom curtain motor 1.5KW, the transmission speed is adjusted according to the output requirements.
